The Wolfforth Fire Academy provides top-flight training for firefighters along with HazMat and EMS programs. Since 2003, the Academy has been training the new generation of professional firefighters.

The Wolfforth Fire Academy is a certified training facility, the standards of which are outlined in the Texas Commission on Fire Protection Standards Manual, Chapter 427.

Our Basic Structural Firefighter Academy will assure you have the skills, knowledge and practical training to pursue your new career with confidence.

We provide individualized guidance and advising to each student, part of our important mentoring initiative. After successfully completing the Academy, you will meet the training requirements for the State of Texas, and can apply for certification.
